What does "made to order" mean?

Each piece is produced specifically for your order. This allows for a high level of care and precision, but also means that production takes time.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes up to 45 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Can I return a piece?

For standard table sets, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

Custom-made pieces are excluded from returns, as they are produced specifically for your order.

Can I customise colour or compositions?

Yes. All pieces can be adapted in terms of colour and composition. Custom work is developed individually based on your space and requirements.

What is the difference between standard and custom pieces?

Standard pieces are available as fixed configurations and can be ordered directly through the shop.

Custom pieces are made to your specifications, including variations in colour, scale or composition, as well as all wall and ceiling installations.

Do you work on larger interior projects?

Yes. I develop custom installations for residential, retail and hospitality spaces. Each project is created in close dialogue with the client and tailored to the specific context.

How does a custom project work?

Each project begins with an initial conversation to understand the space and requirements.

Based on this, we develop a proposal including composition, scale and colour direction. Production begins once the concept is approved.
