For standard table sets, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

Custom Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer specifications.

This includes all custom table sets, wall installations and ceiling installations.

Returns

Returns for standard table sets are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom-made products are excluded from returns.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
