1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website.

2. Products

All pieces are either standard designs or made to order.

Custom work includes all individually configured pieces, including custom table sets, wall installations and ceiling installations.

Each piece is produced by hand. Subtle variations in colour, surface or form may occur as part of the material and production process. These characteristics are inherent to the work and are not considered defects.

3. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. A contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout or calculated individually for custom projects.

For standard table sets, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

For custom work and project-based orders, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping.

Production begins only after receipt of the initial payment.

5. Production

All made-to-order and custom pieces are produced specifically for the customer.

Production time is typically up to 45 business days and may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

6. Shipping

Shipping is carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy.

Delays caused by shipping providers or customs are beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For standard table sets, customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

For custom-made products, including custom table sets, wall installations and ceiling installations, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as these items are made to customer specifications.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by the Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Atelier W. I Annika Wagner. Any use, reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.

11. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
